The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Barb Ballard. The pledge was recited. Visitors were introduced.

The minutes of the January 16 meeting was read by Secretary Sally Hayward. Motion made by Knox McCloy and seconded by Bernie Sporre to approve minutes as read with no corrections. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was given by Ann Ferguson
President Barb Ballard announced the Treasurer’s report is filed for audit.
Barb Ballard finalized the field trip on February 22 to Bagdad.
Corinne More read the information regarding the upcoming March 7-8-9, 2008 trip to Burro creek as attached from that filed trip leader Linda Chandler:
Member applications were read for SueGriffiths, Leonard Snyder and Jean Swearengin. Membership approved.
Pat New collected from the February birthday members.

The group then heard a wonderful report on Septarian Concretions by Gisela New. What a great presentation!
