I understand we are to depart from the restaurant in Wikieup at 10 AM (MST) on Friday February 22, 2008. So that means plan to be there at 9:30 AM. If I remember correctly, the restaurant/gas station is more on the south side of town, on the east side of the road. Update: I drove by there day before yesterday and the restaurant is Wickieup Trading Post. Yes it is on the east side of Hwy 93 on the south side of town. You can't miss it! And they have good breakfast!
Also, FYI, the Wikieup Trading Post is exactly 1 1/2 hours, from Bullhead Airport, driving exactly the speed limit.
Then we travel to the Badgad mine. We will meet at the Town/Mine Recreation Center at 11 AM. The field trip leader Barb Ballard needs a head count as soon as you can let her know. We are restricted in the number of people who go. Please call her at 928-768-6335 to let her know your plans.
