Field Trip Report Saturday 10th

Saturday January 10 Field trip. We have a great trip with 18 people and two dogs attending. We stopped at three different sites and explored the hills near the road. Everyone seem to get their bag filled and had smiles on their faces. There was a variety of material. One surprise for Linda was the gold and yellow Jasper not previously seen out in that area. She found a large boulder of this material. Thanks Bob for carrying it back to the car. The last place we went was heavily washed out and we ended up going another two miles and finding some nice multi colored rock. It was a beautiful day and the scenery in that area is some of the best in Arizona. Report and photos courtesy of Linda. Thanks!
